1. Product returns
After the payment of your order is completed and the order has been confirmed by Healthilia, except for special circumstances, you would not be able to cancel the order. After receiving the goods, the customer is responsible for checking whether the goods are intact. Healthilia do not accept any product return request 24 hours after the delivery. If you need to return the product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product and please provide information such as "name", "order number", "contact number", "return product name", "reason for return and photo", etc. Our team will assist you to return and exchange or refund the goods accordingly. If the outer packaging is damaged during the shipping process (the product itself is not damaged), no refund or return request will be accepted.

2. Return Notice
a. Return product must be unused and have no damage or loss caused by man-made, misuse, abuse, neglect
b. Please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Orders more than 24 hours after delivery
- The product has been unpacked and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: defaced, malfunctioned, damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, dirty.
- The package of the returned product is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
- Malicious or bulk returns.
3. Return process
Contact the customer service → confirm that the goods can be returned → prepare the complete product and invoice → provide the collection time and contact information, address → the logistics entrusted by the store will be recycled.
Refund instructions
Credit card payer: After confirming that the return is successful, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account.
