Healthilia delivery service outsource the courier driver to deliver (SF Express). Delivery will be arranged within 7 days after the order is placed. (The designated delivery days for frozen items are Wednesday and Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Monday will be delivered on coming Wednesday, and orders placed before 12:00 noon on Thursday will be delivered on coming Saturday; the delivery days of other items would be arranged by the courier and they will contact customers directly for the details)
Due to the difference in temperature, the delivery of frozen items and other items may be arranged separately without prior notice.

Please note that the delivery date and time will vary depending on the location of the customer's order address. Please be patient and wait for the delivery courier to contact you. If you need to change the delivery address, Healthilia will adjust the delivery time without further notice. If there is any dispute that requires resending the items, the freight fee will be bore by the customer, Healthilia will not be responsible.
If customers need to change the delivery date and time, please contact Healthilia before the courier delivers the goods. We will communicate with the driver about the re-delivery arrangement. In case of emergencies, please send us a message on Whatspp, Facebook or Instagram.
